Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
I have acquired a new macbook air running on Yosemite OSX 10.10.3 and the first software I installed was Sym Desktop E-mail Encryption 10.3.2 MP7. I have no data in the computer it so I have no issues in loosing info. After the installation and restart the laptop stopped working: it doesnt start nor I can get into safe mode; I get the prohibitive sign in every attempt. I have succesfully created a Yosemite boot disk in a USD drive and I am able to boot from it and reinstall Yosemite however after the installation is complete and the computer reboots it goes back to the prohibitive sign. PGP still hanging in there? Disk Utility does not find any issues with "verify disk". Ideas?
