Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot open because some Symantec services are stopped.

Hi,

"Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot open because some Symantec services are stopped." while doucle click tray icon.

I found some PC encoountered this problem. Since this problem must be stopped by users. I want to investigate what they have done.

Because password is required to stop the service but they doesn't know it. (Tray icon still here)

Please advice.
