Explicit GUP Providers - /16 network

I have been testing with Explicit GUP settings and have not been able to use a /16 subnet for a GUP provider. At each of our locations, we have a Class A network with the second octet identifying the location and then multiple VLANs from there. I was trying to use 10.115.0.0 as the subnet so any clients would go to the GUP there. But when I tested, clients would not connect to the local GUP. I had to define down to /24 with 10.115.4.0, 10.115.44.0, & 10.115.78.0 for one location. We have close to 60 locations and I am having to manually create three subnets for each location versus one (10.115.0.0/16 for the entire location) for each location.

It would be great if SEPM supported adding a /16 network as a coverall instead of having to define each network that exists.
