pgp public keys disable randomly

Problem the same in Windows versions

Has been the problem in older versions of Encryption Desktop

Suddenly public keys turn "grey" = disabled

I can right click and choose: enable - the key is working for a period of time, the it becomes disabled again.

Seems as if it is the same public keys having this behaviour, again and again

Same problem for me using Mac, and for my customers using Windows (win 7 and win 8)

I therefore I believe the error has something to do with the key itself.

Had tried to compare details of the keys - cannot see a clear picture.

Please help.
