I recently purchased Endpoint Encryption to be able to encrypt my laptop at home.
It is in the middle of the disk encryption - it's taking multiple days as I'm only able to do it in small chunks at a time. The program has downloaded an update and is trying to install the update. It errors out saying that you can't update in the middle of an encryption (which is completely understandable). However, when I try to start up the program to complete the encryption it keeps wanting to install the udpates and doesn't give me an option to go directly to the program.
I assume (1) if I try to uninstall the program in the middle of an encryption bad things will surely happen and (2) there's got to be some way to have it stop the upgrade without uninstalling the program.
Any thoughts out there?
