Unscannable due to malformed MIME problem

Hello I am having problems with email Unscannable Malformed MIME Messages.

My rule is to Unscannable Messages sent to quarantine.

I also add the sender address to the trusted list. I add the IP address in the same way. But I still get the same error, and falls to quarantine incoming mail. How can I solve this problem?
