Reporting on Application and Device control

Hi,

     I am trying to get a list of Applications that have been added to SEPM Application Control Policy so there is a list that I pass onto management that is in plain english and not formated in XML. Can someone recommend a way of how I can get a plain text list of blocked applications out the SEPM.
