Message Encryption for Office 365 Cloud

I need to encrypt the outgoing Mail that send from My Otlook client and OWA 

This is the main client/server spec Microsoft Outlook 2013 (32- and 64-bit)/Office 365 Cloud Server,

and we have OWA clients who access the mail via outlook.office365.com,

and the recipient mostly windows users and sometime they use smart phone/ipad

Can the Symantec Encryption Server Do this when my Exchage Server in the cloud  ? 

how the Receiver will Decrypt the Message  ?
