We need the ability to disable the Auto-Protect feature on the Cloud version. We write our own in house software and Auto-Protect is checking the Symantec Reputation servers and quarentining our in house only software because it is unknown to the rest of the world. Yes I can add an exclusion but that doesn't solve our problem completly. Some of our software is just an EXE and doesn't need an installer. It can also be run from anywhere on the computer. Our TSG department gets new versions of EXE's to test and most the time run them from thier desktop. Adding an exception to someones desktop is not a good idea. The ability to turn off auto-protect is there if i run AVAgent -SHOW_UI from command line and disable it from there but it immediatly re-enables it within seconds so this should not be a hard enhancment to make. Please consider this request as it is really bothersome and we did not have this problem with the Enterprise Version of Symantec. Thanks
