user receives the self-recovery setup wizard every time signs in

Hello,

My organization recently purchased and installed Symantec Endpoint Encryption.

I have a couple of users who receive the self-recovery setup wizard every time they boot up and sign into Windows, even though they have previously gone through the wizard and answered the questions.

I am wondering if anyone has seen this before and knows a fix so it won't prompt every time they reboot their computers?
