Norton Bootable Recovery Tool Usage?

Hi I just want to clarify something that's not written on the help page of the Norton™ Bootable Recovery Tool,

Can I just install the Norton™ Bootable Recovery Tool on a one windows 7 pc and make a bootable flashdrive then use it on other windows 7 and windows xp machines?

Or do I need to install Norton™ Bootable Recovery Tool and make a bootable flashdrive on every single machine?
