We recently attempted upgrading to SEE 11.0.1 which failed. We did not have a database backup of SEEMSDb. During the setup, the previous DB was deleted. Reverted back to prior SEE 11.0.0 MP1. Now no client's can't check-in to managment server. Checked permissions, user accounts, AD, etc. to no avail.
Client App event log shows this:
Program Action: Report sent to Server failed. WebService Rejected the connection - returned False
Client Techlogs show this:

IIS Logs on server show clients connecting to web server with 200 code. No other errors, Techlogs on server is empty. Any ideas? I've tried reinstalling the agents on a client to no avail.
