Can Date Resolved from Set Attribute in Policy Rules be Automated in DLP 11.6.3?

Hi All,

     I have been using Symantec DLP 11.6.3 for quite some time and have had to change the policy rules everyday to make sure that the policy rules "Date Resolved" field is set correctly. For example, today I had to change the "Date Resolved" from  Set Attributes in Policy Rules from 2015/7/21 to 2015/7/22 manually. To me, there has to be a better way to do this such as automation. If you can automate this process could someone give me any information on how to accomplish this? If this can not be automated please let me know. I want to relieve this time to go towards actual work rather than extraneous wasted time.
