Symantec cloud needs to react to problems that occur with the client

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I am frustrated beyond belief with this product.  Here is yet another instance where there is a problem on the client and the web console has NO IDEA that something is wrong.  Why is that?  I simply do not know.

I was working on a client's server and found this error:

Sure enough there were three entries in the log.

When I looked at the client's Hosted Endpoint page, all computers are in the green, but there is the following entry in the History log:

Now why should the client complain and the cloud not hear it?

Symantec - if there is a problem I, as an MSP, want to know about it!  My job is to be proactive and to respond to problems BEFORE my client knows about them.

If your software doesn't alert me, then I cannot possibly do my job properly.
