Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
We are running into an issue where seemingly random VIP users are disappearing from the VIP manager and need to be recreated. We have confirmed that these users were there and functional and then are gone from the system. We end up having to recreate them and their credential ID to get them functional again.
What would cause something like this? If you can point me in the right direction that would be helpful.
