I believe these would be hugely helpful to any reseller and a few will benefit our end user customers as well. First, I would like a lot more granularity on the reports, especially in the building process. For example, why can’t I create a report for the last month and send it on the 1st to the end user? Or even build a report that builds every 2 weeks and includes the last 14 days of data? That seems to be a glaring hole. Second, I would like the ability to add our logo in the reports… After all, Symantec is a partner. At our business, we monitor the customer’s endpoint activity as part of our subscription process so it really is a partnership where you are providing a product and we are providing a service. Third, can you add the main reseller email account into the possible options for the customer reports? Right now, we basically have to create a dummy email account for each of our customers so the report comes to us. At this point, I don’t know that we would ever get comfortable enough sending the customers their reports without some explanation, but it would be nice to have the option to sanitize the report and forward it on until then. Regardless, I would really like to receive a copy so if they have questions about a report, we have it in hand and ready to go. Thanks, Dallas.
