Problem installing Encryption Management Server

Hello, all. I am trying to install the Symantec Encryption Management Server (formerly known as PGP universal server) on my VMware. But when i finish the installation i can't acces my web interface (see step 7, https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH197...). It's probably because i have not done step 3 and 4 correctly, but i doesn't matter what values i enter there it just won't work. Could anybody help me? For example, does the IP address you enter at step 3 need to be static or is is just enough that it is not in use currently?
