Server 2012 R2 Windows Backup failing

Hi

I am running endpoint protection 12.1 RU6,

From the forums I believed the Isuues with Windows Server Backup were resolved however I still reiceve the error

Error in deletion of [D:\System Volume Information\EfaSIDat\SYMEFA.DB] while pruning the target VHD: Error [0x80070020]

The first backup will succeed then all subsequent ones fail.

I have put in the VSS registry exclusions and excluded the Files from the Enpoint protection policy>

Any help appreciated
