Failed to connect to the server

Hi All,

I had 12.1.4 SEPM server installed on Windows server 2008 with DB as SQL 2008 on separate server. We have tried to upgrade inti 12.1.5 but could not succed as faced lunchin java issue during upgradation. I had then upgraded to SEPM 12.1.6 which succedfully upgraded but could not login on SEPM and omits the error mentioned in title (Failed to connect to the server).

I have contected for this issue to Syamntec and they are also not able to resolve this and hence planing to disaster recovery prevous version i.e 12.1.4.

Please advise for solution or disaster recovery as per error snapshot and attached logs.
