Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I have the following issue: from the SEPM I am unable to view the client policy serial number. I view only a blank field
Exactly the issue detalis are the following:
- I have two client inside the same SEP gruop (for example the client A and the client B)
- With the client A, I haven't any problem (I'm always able to view policy serial number from the SEPM)
- With the client B, I view policy serial number only after e policy change from the SEPM...but after some days I view the blank field.
Can be the firewall responsible for the issue?
The firewall policy is a "deny all policy" that allow only the following connections:
- SEPM
- DHCP
- DNS
- ICMP
