SEE client computers lock despite checking in regularly.

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

We currently use Symantec Endpoint Encryption version 8.2.1 MP4.  We have a rule set up that all client computers must check in with the SEE Management Server within 45 days or they get locked out.  For the most part we have no issues with this.  We will occassionally get a computer that will lock out and give the user an error that they haven't communicated with the Management Server in 45 days, during the pre- boot authentication, but when we get the computer past the lock out and booted into Windows, the User Client shows that it had checked in within the last 24 hours.  The SEE Manager Console also shows the computer had checked in recently.  

Does anyone know if this is a known bug with the version we're on?  Are there are ways to avoid this problem or any workarounds to assure it doesn't happen?
