Technical Check Marked With Red Circle?

Hi All,

I have the regulatory standards from CCS 10.5.1 in my console and I have upgraded to the latest version, 11.0.10300.1148 and now I am seeing a red circle on the "check icon" within the technical standard. I have attached a snip of the normal check icon and also the icon with the red circle.

I have checked the properties of the check and the standard, I've checked the target types, etc. but I am still not able to confirm what it is.

I've got a sneaky suspicion that these are complex checks but I'm not sure.  Complex check can also not be edited through the check editor, which poses another problem...

Any information would be appreciated.
