Comprehensive Risk Report displaying "no data"

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I'm running Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.4.4023.4080, and the monthly risk - comprehensive risk report is showing no data for all categories. We have 30 clients in Symantec, and it's possible that no incidents have been reported in the past 30 days.

Should the report display "no data" if no threats have been detected? I want to verify that this isn't a different reporting issue, and that I can rest assured that there's no issues on the network.

Any help is much appreciated!
