Hi All,
We recently upgraded SEP to latest version based on HeartBleed vuln. Once we completed, we made a new package available to all SEP agents. For some reason, all agents seem to have received the agent, but despite rebooting, etc. will not convert over to the new version. The initial install was was set for silent (i.e. no reboot). It shows the status, but the target version and running version are different.
From the SEP console, when you look at any given agent details, you see the following:
What is the issue here? Thanks.
