Does anyone know where some documentation is that might explain the different condition options when creating an outbreak notfication?
Weve had a notification setup for a while now but its just sending way to many emails to our support desk. Most of which have already been handled by the client but it will sometimes send a notification that is 3 days old and if you dont pay attention you think its something new.
Im trying to limit the amount of emails to only the most critical situations and i cant seem to find an admin doc or anything that explains what all the different conditions actually mean and what the "Damper" section is for.
