Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
Hi all, I have a problem at a customer right now. The license for Symantec Mail Security for Exchange expires in few days and I want to renew it.
The problem is that I don't know the license number, we usually have a database to keep track of this but this entry is not there.
I am used to being able to read it from the admin part of the console where you can manage the licenses, but I can't find it in the Mail Security console. There is only the possibility to add a new license.
Is there any other way to read the existing license from the system or do we have to order a new license?
