Skipped over v12.1 RU3 changes, or lack thereof, but not many have changed, even in v12.1 RU4

Upgrading to v12.1 RU2 fixed a few of the things in my list for v12.1 RU1 MP1, but not many.

Upgrading to v12.1 RU1 fixed some of the things in my list for v11, but not all.

And, upgrading to v12.1 RU1 MP1 fixed some more things in the list,

but we still would like to see the following fixed:
Java Console:
1. Start the console where I shut it down the last time. Normal Windows programming.
2. Start the console the same size as when I last shut it down. Normal Windows programming.
3. More Right-click options. Tasks should be available when I right-click an object. Sometimes they are. Sometimes they aren't.
4. Open Properties/Edit Windows in front of the SEPM console. If I have the SEPM console open on the secondary monitor, I don't want Properties/Edit Windows to open in the middle of the primary monitor.
5. More Right-click options. Tasks should be available when I right-click an object. Sometimes they are. Sometimes they aren't.
6. Better processor definitions. My Core i7 is still detected as: 4 Processors; Intel64 Family 6 Model 37 Stepping 2 2660 MHz. Talk to the folks at Altiris.
7. Better TPM chip detection. My TPM is still detected as: Unknown TPM device detected. Talk to the folks at Altiris.
8. Would like to have the ability to right-click and copy or paste, or Shift-Insert and Shift-Delete. Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V works, why not the others?
9. Ability to enable/disable policies for a single computer in a group. This is needed for testing when a new virus definition suddenly blocks applications.
10. Ability to enable/disable (right-click option) other protections, such as Firewall, App and Device Control, etc.
11. Better name coordination with policies and what is shown in the client. Is the Client's Network Threat Protection the same as the SEPM Intrusion Prevention, or the Firewall? What does the client's Proactive Threat Protection translate into in SEPM?
12. Better control over client upgrades. Upgrading 300 computers in a folder with the only controls being between the hours of x and y, and maybe over a z day period isn't enough sometimes. A right-click on a client and upgrade would be a nice option.
13. A right-click option to update policy on a client. Now I can only update content, which doesn't always update policy.
14. Customizable client views. Helps in troubleshooting if I can see OS and client version at the same time without having to either switch views or open the properties and switch tabs back and forth. This would come in handy when doing client upgrades. If some are not upgrading, I could see at a glance if the problem was possibly tied to an OS. Besides, changing a view causes a refresh, which in turn causes any of my sorting to be lost.
Web Console
1. I'm still not a web designer/developer. I shouldn't have to track down settings in a .config/.properties file to change console settings. One of the reasons I don't use the Web console is that it always logs me out. The setting in that .properties file is also in seconds. Seriously?
2. Package exports to create .EXEs download to my PC with no option to pick a download location. The same options in the web console as the Java console, and have them work, would be great.
3. Cancelling a package export renders the console unusable for a few minutes. The export could be canceled and the console returned to the admin without having to wait on the server to do its thing to cancel.
