Change SMTP Server

I'm currently running Symantec Encryption Server 3.3.1 Build 13100, I get a nightly email on the number of users enrolled and system status.   I can't locate where to change the SMTP server as we're migrating to another mail provider.   

The only service that is currenly running is KeyServer and I can't for the life of me locate the SMTP server settings to change.  Anyone have an idea where that may be hiding?
