Basically we have our SEPM server running on a local server and all of our clients are managed clients (laptops). However, a lot of our clients telework or work offsite with their laptops for several days at a time. I've noticed lately that when users come back to the office after being gone for a while that their virus definitions are out of date because the management server is obviously not available to them when they are offsite. Is there a way to have a managed client use live update automatically when its offsite and can't find its management server, but use its management server when its back in the office? I understand the users could manually run live update when offsite, but I don't want to rely on the users doing it and I'd rather it be automated. Is this possible that anyone knows of?
