SEPM does not seem to be running

Good Morning All;

We have just recently installed 12.1.5 SEPM on a Windows 2012 r2 64 bit machine. All of our clients on the desktops are using SEP 12.1.3 . They were all unmanaged so we decided to install SEPM so that they can be managed.

Installation went without any issues, when trying to login, I am getting the error message but still lets me in, The clients says that the server is offline still.

I have tried to change the port number from 8005 I believe to 10555 but still no luck.

I have couple different error messages on log file if you want me to post.

The webmanager DOES NOT start whatever I do.

I did restart the server after install, I did restart IIS

Any help will be gladly appreciated.
