Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
Dear All,
My Symantec Endpoint server is 12.1.5337.5 with 1000 device license.
Few days back we recevied CryptoLocker malware with a email attachment and couple of users got infected . Unfortunatly office 365 spam controler didn't detect this mail.
Since then I'm keeping a copy of the malware file ,still symantec endpoint couldn't detect it as a virus.
I have enabled Virus and Spyware protection,Proactive threat protection and Network threat protection.
Is there special configuration to detect this ?
I wonder why we are having this product as a endpoint security app ?
