Symantec VIP Access Desktop crashes when attempting to re-connect via VPN

SCENARIO: A user has successfully connected to VPN with VIP Access Desktop.  The user disconnects their VPN connection and tries to re-establish a connection, and the VIP Access Desktop application stops working.  If they restart the computer their VIP Access is working again and they can re-connect with VPN.  

The details of the error are below.  We're recently transitioned from RSA SecurID to VIP Access and this has us concerned.  It has been limited to a few users and it does not appear to be universal to all our remote users.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
