Network Monitor 12 version, have the ability to monitor HTTPS encrypted traffic

Somebody knows if the Current versions of Network Monitor have the ability to monitor HTTPS encrypted traffic. Actually i have 12 version and i need tp monitor https traffic or  the 14 version is ready to do this.
