symantec embedded database stopping

hi,

i can see there are similar threads about it.

i am using SEPM 12.1.

at first i tried to open SEPM. After entring logon information, it stuck in 'logging on to management server' screen.

when i check symantec embedded databse services, i tried to restart. it failed to restart.

so this is what i am doing.  i am chaging LOGON information to local system account temporary and applying it.

open it again, and give original logon information i.e NT SERVICE\SQLANYs_sem5 and applying after giving logon as service right.

once i am doing above. i can start the database. after aftersometimes once i start working in SEPM. it will work for somtime and it happens again.

i have to do above again to open SEPM. what can be the problem.
