Hi we have Symantec endpoint protection 12.1.4a installed on a Small Business server 2011. I am getting an error when I login to the managment console. it says Unexpected Server error errorcode 0x10010000.I have searched the internet and tried a few solutions but no joy. I have tracked it down to a database connectivity problem I think?
I go into the odbc (for 64bit) and click on systemDSN, as soon as I do this I get the error "Driver Name is an empty string in the data source SymantecendpointsecurityDSN" If I try and add or edit what is in there already I get the error "The setup routines for the the SQL Anywhere 12 ODBC driver could not be found, Please reinstall the driver"
have tried to regserv32 the dbodbc12.dll but this gives error to.
I have removed, run cleanwipe and reloaded the managment server but still get this error.
Please could somebody help me with this.
